Dope blender Dope blender. I pureed soup to a velvety texture in 30 seconds. Then made a lemon slushy. Super easy to clean, assemble. Fits under kitchen cabinet. I didn’t think it was too loud. The container shape is still narrow, even though its shorter, so some of the problems that others have had with the short fat containers are avoided. I’m still figuring out how to use the pulse button, or why its even there. I highly recommend this blender, and unlike other reviewers here I was not provided with a free product. Just a dude who likes his new blender.

YES, IT EVEN JUICES This review is for those who can’t decide between a blender & a juicerInstead of repeating the list of features, I’ll focus on juicing & what makes E310 different than other Vitamix models.E310 is a budget-ish Vitamix. It does/has everything any other model does sans the presets, master kill power switch, 10 year warranty & 64oz container.Although E310 comes with a 48oz container, the base is fully compatible with 64oz legacy containers. The warranty is 5 years.JUICINGAside from making nut butters, ice creams, hot/cold soups, flours & smoothies, the E310 does a decent job juicing. If you use a base of watery veggies like cucumber or celery and blend half of the pitcher first, they will create enough liquid such that you needn’t add much water. To give you an idea, I blended a full pitcher of only kale, adding very little water & yielding well over 2/3 pure kale juice. This will vary depending on the vegetables. So, if you’re on the…

HOLY GRAIL The Holy Grail blender, y’all. I grew up with a Vitamix (big, tall, classic model), and since being on my own I have really missed it. I tried food processors (because they’re cheaper), less expensive blenders, immersion blenders, etc. Nothing came close to what a Vitamix can do. If your’e wondering if it’s worth the price, I would give a resounding YES. It’s so supportive of a healthy diet (smoothies, soups, scratch-made dips and salsas, nut milks and butters, etc.) and it’s stupid easy to use AND clean. I live in an apartment, so my kitchen is small, not a lot of space. Stacked/assembled, this does not fit underneath my cabinets. However, I like the spotless, minimalist look anyway, so I put it away after each use. It fits easily on one shelf, the pitcher sitting next to the base (NOT stacked, it’s too tall for that). I couldn’t be happier with it. What sold me ultimately was 1. the smaller size (the classic ones are larger), and 2. I thought about how much I spend (or would like to…
